**Tech Lead for Viewer Labs**
Viewer Labs is a Stockholm-based tech company shaping the future of data-driven insights and influencer marketing within the gaming world. We build products that transform how livestreamed marketing is consumed, analyzed, and optimized.
Today, we operate Strmlytics, an AI-based analytics platform with one of the most comprehensive databases for livestreamed content on the market. Simultaneously, we are developing VIWR, an influencer matching platform that builds on Strmlytics' ML technology, designed to connect brands and creators in livestreaming in a way that no other platform currently does. We are now looking for our first hands-on Tech Lead who wants to help further develop both the product and the company.
**About the Role**
As Tech Lead, you will step into a position where VIWR is taking shape and Strmlytics continues to grow. You will be the hub between product, development, and our remote developers, ensuring that we build robustly, intelligently, and with the right technical decisions from the start. The role is hands-on, with clear responsibility for driving technology forward while being strategic and setting the direction for our external developers.
You will work closely with the CEO and co-founders, all of whom are involved in product and technology, but you will take ownership of the daily development alongside two development colleagues who work remotely. In the near future, we anticipate that the team will grow, and you will be the one to build up the development department, with the potential to eventually step into a Head of Development role.
**Your Responsibilities:**
- Lead and drive the development of our MVP for VIWR and further develop Strmlytics in close dialogue with product and design.
- Take ownership of architecture, infrastructure, and delivery in a modern web stack: Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL/Hasura, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
- Build our internal tech team and collaborate with our senior remote developers and designers.
- Influence technology choices, architecture, and working methods with us at an early stage.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Several years of experience in full-stack development, preferably from a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Worked broadly across the stack with a focus on backend and are accustomed to making decisions regarding architecture and structure.
- A good understanding of our tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, and AWS, as well as an interest in new technologies and platforms.
- Experience or interest in leading other developers in day-to-day operations.
- The ability to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English.
If you have also worked with ML, AI, IaC, or have an interest in streaming, gaming, or influencer marketing, we consider that a significant plus.
