Tech Lead for CANEA

With our web-based system built on C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, Angular, and JavaScript, documents, projects, cases, processes, and goals are just a click away. As a Tech Lead, you will play a central role in enhancing the technical level and scalability of our product development. You will guide and support other developers, drive technical transitions, and ensure that our architectural solutions are robust and sustainable. The role involves close collaboration with product management, architects, and your developer colleagues. This role primarily focuses on driving technical development and innovation, with a strong emphasis on improving our codebase, implementing new technical solutions, and coaching the team. You will be a key person in ensuring that our technical solutions are scalable and future-proof. RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities * Technical development focusing on technical transition and improvement of the codebase to create better conditions for the entire team to deliver. * Provide support and guidance to the team in developing technical solutions by analyzing and following up on changes to ensure long-term sustainable solutions. * Create detailed technical specifications and requirements for the implementation of solutions. * Coach and lead colleagues on how technical solutions should be implemented. * Collaborate with product owners and other Tech Leads to define the roadmap and strategic development plans. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has at least five years of experience in web development with strong skills in C# and .NET. - Holds an academic degree in IT, preferably at the master's level. - Is a communicative and pedagogical team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues. - Is humble and unpretentious with a willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback. - Is quality-conscious with a strong focus on clean code and understands the importance of quality in software development. It is an advantage if you have - Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript. - Knowledge of ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Entity Framework. - Experience from product companies.
