About the Role

As a TEAM salesperson, you will be responsible for our partnerships with local sports clubs and associations, as well as for sales in the TEAM department of the store. So why are our partnerships so important? In addition to generating sales and attracting customers to our stores, they are a significant contributor to our vision of being Sweden's most inspiring sports destination!

Being responsible for our partnerships means driving the entire sales process, from the first contact with the customer and scheduling meetings to needs analysis, developing solution proposals, and signing contracts. It also involves creating a long-term and strong business relationship with both existing and new customers. You will also have the opportunity to represent INTERSPORT in various sponsorship and business networks. Through your efforts and close collaboration with the store manager and sales staff, you contribute to making TEAM a natural and profitable part of the store. Together, we ensure that INTERSPORT is the obvious choice for everyone who loves sports and training.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire sales process for partnerships with local sports clubs and associations.
  • Schedule meetings and conduct needs analysis with customers.
  • Develop solution proposals and sign contracts.
  • Create long-term and strong business relationships with customers.
  • Represent INTERSPORT in various sponsorship and business networks.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and sales staff to enhance the TEAM department.

Requirements

INTERSPORT breathes sports and challenges, so we see it as a given that you, as an applicant, do the same. We wish for you to have several years of sales experience, preferably from both retail and corporate sales or other organizations. We hope you have previously worked in retail, and if you have experience in the sports or textile industry, that's a plus.

Benefits

This is a full-time permanent position, and you are expected to be able to work both during the day and some evenings and weekends. (We apply a 6-month probationary period)
