About this role

Do you want to lead a growing team and help shape the future of appliance service at ÖBO? We are continuing to invest significantly in our appliance group and are now looking for an engaged and driven team leader who wants to play a central role in our development journey. Here, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of service technicians in appliance service, installation, and professional laundry – three important functions that together create a simpler everyday life for our tenants. **About You** We are looking for someone who wants to develop both people and working methods while contributing to creating a modern, efficient, and service-oriented operation. You enjoy being part of a family-like culture where differences are welcomed. At ÖBO, we care about who you are, which is why we place great importance on personal suitability. ÖBO operates based on a value foundation characterized by care, responsibility, and a forward-thinking attitude. **Your Role** As Team Leader for the appliance group, you will have a varied and meaningful everyday life. You will, among other things: - Lead and coach the team of service technicians in appliances, installation, and professional laundry. - Hold daily and/or weekly check-ins with the group. - Drive daily operations and plan resources in an efficient and sustainable manner. - Advance the work on reuse. - Be responsible for contact, coordination, and quality assurance of external contractors. - Manage and follow up on warranty cases with suppliers to ensure that faults and deficiencies are addressed correctly. - Monitor workflows and suggest improvements that enhance both working methods and customer benefits. - Work operationally as needed and provide support to your technicians in both technical and customer-related matters. - Create a culture where teamwork, communication, and service are at the center. As a leader with us, you are a role model in how you meet both colleagues and tenants. You develop the team and drive the work forward – with care for one another, responsibility for the whole, and a strong forward-thinking attitude that makes a difference. **Your Qualifications** You who are applying have education at least at the high school level, or other competencies that the employer assesses as equivalent and relevant for the position. - Have a technical background in appliances, installation, or professional laundry equipment. - Have experience in leading, coaching, or coordinating groups – formally or informally. - It is advantageous if you have experience in electrical work. - A B driver's license is required. **Employment Type** Permanent. Full-time. Starting as agreed. A criminal record extract will be requested. **Interested? Get in Touch!** Jimmy Bülow, Group Manager, 019-19 44 60. Peter Gustavsson, union representative for Vision, 019-19 42 00. We need your application by 2025-12-31 at the latest. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application period ends. Welcome! ÖBO (ÖrebroBostäder) is a public housing company operating in Örebro.
