We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our bus traffic management. An interesting and developmental role for someone who enjoys multiple contact points and working on efficiency and improvement. Qualifications and Characteristics We are looking for someone with experience in logistics, transportation, and management. To succeed in the role, it is important that you communicate clearly and can easily collaborate with others both within your own department and across organizational functions. You thrive best when working on improvement and development. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both in writing and verbally. Additionally, we seek a candidate with excellent IT skills and experience working in various systems. Previous experience with Trapeze is considered an advantage. Responsibilities As Bus Traffic Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and leading work within the operational area, ensuring the company's resources are utilized sustainably in relation to contracts, quality, economics, and environment. Example tasks include: • Analyzing current resource usage, identifying improvement areas, and implementing strategies for more efficient resource utilization • Planning production start, scheduling for traffic launch and during ongoing operations • Ensuring reporting occurs according to established routines • Daily management of operations in assigned responsibility area and staffing/recruitment for own department • Demonstrating resource expansion/reduction needs in consultation with relevant department manager • Responsible for work methods within own department • Handling referrals and customer complaints from Regional Transport and clients • Primary contact for contractors About Us Boreal Sweden performs service travels, line and chartered transport, and school transportation.
