Your Responsibilities
As a Team Leader at Speed, you play a central role in creating structure, pace, and quality in daily work. You coordinate and distribute tasks within your team to ensure goals are met and work is performed according to our safety and quality routines. Together with your team, you are responsible for receiving deliveries to the warehouse and ensuring that goods reception functions smoothly and efficiently.
You follow up on results, communicate deviations, and collaborate closely with your Supervisor to find quick and effective solutions when challenges arise. The role is operational and involves working closely with your team on the floor, leading by being a role model for Speed's values and working methods.
You will work at our warehouse in Rosersberg, with working hours during the day Monday–Friday.
Your Profile
We are seeking a team leader with experience in warehousing and logistics who wants to be a key person at our Rosersberg warehouse. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and accustomed to driving daily work together with your team. Previous experience as a team leader in similar operations is a requirement, as is a valid forklift license and good forklift skills. Since handling incoming deliveries is a central part of the role, we seek someone with relevant background in this area. Experience with the Astro system is meritorious.
As a person, you are clear in your communication, solution-oriented, and loyal. You lead by example and create a work environment where the team feels comfortable, engaged, and energized by working together towards common goals.
