About the Position
As a meat department team leader, you will be responsible for a team of ten people. You are the meat master who is passionate about beef and lamb, and you have the ability to recommend and inspire both customers and colleagues. You will actively work with preparation, sales, and promotion of meat products, ensuring that the department maintains the highest quality and service.
You have overall responsibility for the self-control system, including temperature checks and documentation. You will plan staffing and ensure smooth operations, including evenings and weekends according to a rotating schedule.

Qualifications
• Solid experience in meat and food, preferably as a meat master or similar

• Understanding of self-control systems and documentation
• Team leadership experience is meritorious
