Do you want to help create a premium experience in the heart of Stockholm? Carotte is rapidly growing and is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and inspiring team leader for an exciting assignment with a large property company in the city, starting in mid-February 2026. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to lead a new team that will build the service delivery from the ground up, in an environment where each day is varied and no two days are alike. About the Assignment Our client is a well-known and established property company in central Stockholm, where the flow of tenants, visitors, and partners is large and dynamic. Starting in March 2026, Carotte will take over the operations of two of the property's receptions, and we are now building a dedicated team of three people, including one team leader, who will work together to create a warm, professional, and modern service experience. You will work in both receptions and rotate between them with your two colleagues. The role involves both daily service and a significant amount of coordination, structure, and relationship-building. About the Role As Team Leader, you will play an operational key role in one of our most prestigious assignments in the heart of Stockholm. Here, you will be the one driving the work forward, developing the team, and ensuring that the service experience always meets the highest standards. You will serve as the primary contact for tenants, manage access cards and permissions, maintain contact with suppliers, and plan everything from catering orders to a complete annual calendar of customer events and activities that create added value for both tenants and external visitors. Your responsibilities will include, among others: • Leading, coaching, and inspiring the team in daily operations and ensuring high service quality • Supporting tenants and ensuring that inquiries, service requests, and needs are handled quickly and smoothly • Maintaining contact with the property's suppliers and being responsible for orders and follow-ups • Managing access cards, tags, and visitor registrations • Booking and preparing site visits and tours • Driving the planning, coordination, and execution of the property's events, activities, and activations year-round • Working closely with the team to develop routines, working methods, and a strong service culture before and after the launch Who We Are Looking For To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have both the experience and commitment to create first-class work environments and service experiences.
