About the position
In the role of Team Leader, you will contribute to creating the best possible workplace experience for ISS's client. Together with your team, you will ensure the experience that employees and patients have at the workplace during a workday.
As a Team Leader, you will:
• Lead employees in operations
• Instruct employees according to the client's delivery requirements in a healthcare environment
• Fill vacancies due to staff shortages in consultation with the Operations Manager
• Conduct monthly quality checks at the client’s site and take action on deficiencies and deviations
• Work in a structured, proactive manner and follow up on quality issues
• Ensure that materials and equipment are in place to guarantee delivery to the client
• Maintain some client contact in consultation with the Operations Manager and handle inquiries via phone
This is a permanent, full-time position, with an initial six-month probation period. We are looking for Team Leaders for both daytime and evening shifts.
Before employment, you will need to undergo a health check confirming that you are free from MRSA and Tuberculosis, as well as provide an extract from the criminal record.

Furthermore, you possess strong communication skills, are open and attentive, and have a pedagogical approach as we work with people from diverse backgrounds and deliver services with quality and service to our clients.
To succeed in this role, we also see that you have:
• A high school diploma and at least three years of relevant work experience
• Documented experience in cleaning services
• Experience in leading a workgroup
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have experience conducting quality checks via INSTA800 and from the healthcare sector.
