About this role
At Camp Ripan, you have the opportunity to work in a unique environment, surrounded by nature and culture that is special to our region. We highly value our employees and offer a workplace where you can grow and develop. You will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration and mutual respect are fundamental.
Do you want to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests – while also taking on additional responsibility for the operation and organization of tasks in one of the most central departments of the facility?
We are now looking for a dedicated Team Leader for Housekeeping who, together with our housekeeping team and the head housekeeper, who has overall responsibility, ensures that each guest is met with a clean, welcoming, and pleasant environment. Your role is crucial to maintaining our focus on sustainability, quality, and service at the highest level – every day, in every cabin, and common area.
**Your Responsibilities**
As the Team Leader for Housekeeping, you are a key person in the daily operations. You will:
• Conduct quality checks on cabins, common areas, and other facilities to ensure that the work meets high standards.
• Actively participate in cleaning tasks alongside the rest of the team, where you set an example in detail, accuracy, and service.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to employees and contribute to creating a positive and safe work environment.
• Communicate and report to the head housekeeper and drive planned work forward.
• Onboard new employees, ensure that routines and policies are followed, and help maintain our environmental and sustainability requirements, including the Swan label.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a holistic experience for the guest.
**Who Are You?**
We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning or hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role. You thrive in responsible positions, have a good sense of service and quality, and communicate easily with others.
You are:
• Structured and solution-focused.
• A team player who can also take the initiative.
• Attentive to details and have a keen eye for what the guest sees – and what they don’t see.
• Flexible and humble, enjoying a fast-paced work environment with varied tasks.
Language skills in Swedish and English are a requirement; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. A Category B driving license is also required. Working hours will vary and include weekdays and weekends.
**We Offer:**
A workplace in a unique environment where you have the opportunity to develop and grow. You will become part of a cohesive team that values collaboration, respect, and sustainability. We provide excellent employee benefits such as discounts at the restaurant, sports shop, and spa shop, free access to fitness facilities and gym, and much more.
Does this sound like something for you? We warmly welcome your application!
