About the Role As Sales Team Leader, you will be part of the store management team responsible for leading and coaching your team towards sales targets. You lead by being part of the sales team that meets our customers. With clear and motivating leadership, you create engagement, structure, and results. You will report to the store manager and act as a deputy when needed. Responsibilities As Sales Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the store based on the business plan and priorities. You create engagement through clear communication, daily meetings, and follow-ups, and you serve as a role model in sales and service. You develop employees through coaching, feedback, and skills development. You ensure that customer interactions maintain the highest quality, follow up on campaigns and key performance indicators, optimize inventory levels and availability, and manage operational disruptions and safety risks. In collaboration with the management team, you participate in strategic planning, scheduling, recruitment, and concept development. You contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, managing conflicts, and following up on deviations. You actively work with systematic occupational health and safety efforts and ensure that the workplace is safe, ergonomic, and inclusive. We are looking for someone who - Has experience in leadership within retail or service - Is goal- and results-oriented with a business focus - Has a coaching, clear, and attentive leadership style - Is a team player with a competitive spirit and the ability to engage others - Is passionate about customer service and long-term customer relationships - Is decisive and confident in making decisions Position Permanent full-time employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date as agreed. Working hours include evenings and weekends. Recruitment Selection is ongoing.
