Warehouse Team Leader for Our Client - Enköping

Job Responsibilities In this role, you will be the team leader for Job&Talent consultants working at one of our customers in Enköping. As a team leader, it is your responsibility, together with our consultant manager, to coach and ensure that consultants are comfortable and achieve their set goals. In your role as team leader, you will also have close collaboration with our customer's own staff and management. As a team leader, you will be involved in daily warehouse tasks such as order picking. You will therefore spend most of your time in the actual operation, close to your colleagues, where you perform order picking tasks in combination with your leadership role. The position also involves varied tasks such as scheduling, follow-up of picking statistics, daily staffing, and ongoing dialogue with our customer. At our customer, you will be picking food to be distributed to restaurants and large kitchens. You will pick everything from alcohol, dry goods, meat, and vegetables. The work may therefore also take place in different temperatures. To enjoy your upcoming tasks, it is important that you have a good ability to work efficiently and have a flexible approach. We also believe that you should enjoy an active job to be comfortable in the role, as the tasks involve a significant amount of physical activity. Working Hours The working hours for this position will be in the evening, likely working in a shift schedule, Monday to Friday. The times for the two shifts are: • 14:45-23:30 • 10:00-19:00 The position is full-time and start date will be by agreement. The position begins with paid training. You will also receive forklift training if you do not already have a forklift license. In addition, as a team leader, you will also undergo internal training with us. Salary We apply GFL salary according to agreement. Personal Characteristics We are primarily looking for someone who has the ability to motivate colleagues to achieve their goals and enjoy their work. In the role of order picker, you must be driven and have the ability to maintain pace and focus at all times. You should also be in good physical condition as there are some heavy lifting and the work is done at a brisk pace. As a team leader with us, you will become an important part where your main focus will be daily operations and ensuring we are correctly staffed week by week. This also comes with significant responsibility as a representative of our company at our customer. We therefore seek someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and has a strong drive to work towards common goals. Experience in warehouse work is meritorious but not a requirement.
