🐬 Team Leader and Customer Service Representative for Trampoolin Swimming Schools

💦 About the Position
As a team leader and customer service representative with us, you'll become an important part of our heart – daily contact with our customers and instructors.
You will work both in customer service, helping our customers via phone and email, and as a team leader, supporting and guiding our instructors in their work.
You will:
• Participate in daily customer service, providing fast, friendly, and professional service.
• Work as a team leader responsible for ensuring our instructors follow Trampoolin's procedures and training manual.
• Teach and introduce new instructors to our courses – from baby swimming to adult swimming classes.
• Provide support throughout the operation and contribute to high quality at every level.

Previous swimming instruction experience is not required – but of course, it's a plus. If you're the right fit, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

🕒 Scope and Working Hours
Full-time position.
Work is scheduled for weekdays (day and evening) and some weekends, according to a set schedule.
