Via Energi is growing rapidly in B2B electricity trading and building a scalable sales organization focused on results, pace, and structure.
We are now seeking a Team Leader for meeting booking who can take responsibility for driving the team, increasing pace, and ensuring quality in every contact.
The Role:
You will lead a growing team of meeting bookers working with companies across Sweden.
Your responsibility is to create structure, energy, and follow-up in daily sales work.
You will work closely with sales management and ensure the team meets its KPIs every week.
You will:
• Coach, follow up, and motivate meeting bookers
• Measure performance and report results to management
• Ensure quality in calls, scripts, and booking process
• Actively work in CRM and drive pace
• Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new team members
