About the role As a Team Leader, you will work closely with your clients and employees. You will handle customer feedback and requests while actively working on upselling, quality follow-up, and quality control. You will have daily contact with employees, as you play an important role in onboarding new staff and continuously ensuring that the correct cleaning methods are used. Other responsibilities include reporting absences, planning substitutes, and managing materials. You will also perform practical service work, such as cleaning as a substitute at our clients' locations. The position includes at least 50% practical cleaning, meaning you will be cleaning at our clients' sites. This is a full-time permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. It is also important that you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and that you are an experienced computer user. A B driver's license is a requirement.
