About the Role
As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be part of the store's management team, responsible for leading and coaching your team in warehouse and logistics. You lead by being an active part of the warehouse team in daily operations and customer interactions. With clear and motivating leadership, you create engagement, structure, and results.
You will report to the store manager and act as a deputy when needed.
Responsibilities
As Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the warehouse based on the business plan and priorities. You create engagement through clear communication, daily meetings, and follow-ups, and you serve as a role model in service and customer interaction. You develop employees through coaching, feedback, and skills development.
You ensure that inventory management, goods dispatch, receiving goods, and deliveries are carried out according to guidelines. You optimize inventory levels and availability, handle complaints and transport damages, and plan for incoming goods and home deliveries. In collaboration with the management team, you participate in strategic planning, scheduling, recruitment, and concept development.
You contribute to a positive work environment by fostering team spirit, managing conflicts, and following up on deviations. You actively work with systematic occupational health and safety efforts, ensuring that the workplace is safe, ergonomic, and inclusive.

- Has experience in leadership within warehousing, logistics, or service

Position
Permanent full-time employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period.
