About the Position
As a team leader, you will perform repairs and rebuilding of trains together with your team of train technicians. The role includes responsibility for daily planning and serving as a link between the team and senior management. You will be responsible for efficiently distributing resources, supporting the team, and coordinating work in the workshop. You ensure that work tasks are completed according to plan and within the set timeframe. Additionally, you will make sure that employees are well-versed in current instructions, policies, and regulations – and that these are followed in daily work.
About You
We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in technology and people. You are structured, clear, and able to prioritize and make independent decisions. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
• High school or vocational education in technology/industry, or equivalent experience
• Experience from the train industry and manufacturing industry
• Good IT skills and administrative ability
• Leadership experience (meritorious)
• Knowledge of 5S is a plus
• Good communication and collaboration skills at all levels
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
