About the Assignment
In this role, you will lead a technical team responsible for the development, configuration, and delivery of complete computer systems. The work encompasses both internal development environments and customized installations globally. You will play a key role in planning, quality assurance, and further developing the team's work processes – from hardware configuration to OS installation in Linux and Windows environments.
As Team Lead, you will:
• Lead and coach a team focused on hardware, system configuration, and installation
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on technical work packages related to product deliveries
• Ensure that systems are built, tested, and delivered according to requirements, quality, and timelines
• Coordinate work both locally in Linköping and at international customer installations
• Drive improvement initiatives within operations, maintenance, and lab development

Requirements Profile
• At least 3 years of experience leading technical teams or projects (preferably 7+ years)
• Deep technical understanding of hardware and components
• Practical experience in installation, configuration, and operation of both Linux and Windows environments
• Experience in technical planning and follow-up on deliveries
• Ability to work both operationally and strategically in technical environments
Meritorious
• Experience in lab operations and system integration
• Experience from international delivery projects
