About Täby Municipality
Täby is one of Sweden's most well-managed municipalities with great freedom of choice, high-quality welfare services, an attractive business climate, and stable economy. The municipality's schools show top results, preschools offer a safe and stimulating environment, and the elderly care facilities have high satisfaction rates. The location is attractive, with proximity to both Stockholm and Arlanda, while access to forests, sea, and hiking areas provides opportunities for nature experiences and recreation.
Täby is developing new attractive and safe environments by further developing existing areas - sustainably, with care for cultural heritage and preserving larger contiguous green areas. Half of Täby will be green and the entire municipality sustainable. Traffic and infrastructure should work in everyday life and be developed for the future.
Social care is one of Täby Municipality's operational areas. Here we provide support and services to Täby residents in the areas of elderly care, individual and family care, and disability services.
