Job Description: As a team leader at VIASALES, you will lead a team of salespeople and work collaboratively to increase sales for some of Sweden's largest brands, such as Telia. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your sales team, ensuring that sales objectives are met, and nurturing customer relationships.
The position entails personal responsibility, but our processes and routines are clear. You will work closely with other team leaders to achieve set targets both collectively and individually. Personal coaching, team building, and follow-up will be important parts of your workday.
