At EKOtid, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients in a developing and forward-thinking organization. Client contact is a central part of the role, allowing you to build long-term relationships and collaborate closely with our clients. Role as Team Leader Finance As a team leader in finance, you will play a central role in the organization, combining deep financial expertise with clear leadership. You will be responsible for both your team and complex client assignments. The role requires you to be a confident and inspiring leader who can drive development, support colleagues, and simultaneously deliver high-quality financial solutions to clients. Monitoring assignments, both your own and those of your team members, regarding quality, time, and results is an important part of the role. We also expect you to be a strong ambassador for the company, representing us professionally externally while being a clear leader internally who leads by example, both in your work and behavior. You will be operationally responsible for a number of clients where you will work with ongoing accounting, preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost follow-ups, as well as annual accounts, annual reports, and corporate tax returns. You will also work extensively on preparing financial reports for boards and owners and provide support to business area managers, management teams, and the CEO. The role may also involve client responsibility, and consulting assignments at client sites are common. You will work with both new and existing clients in a dynamic environment! Your Profile We are looking for someone with a degree in finance and several years of practical experience as a controller, accounting economist, or finance manager, preferably with previous experience in a consulting role. You are confident in your knowledge and able to provide advice and suggestions to both our clients and colleagues. You may either be a senior finance consultant looking to take the next step into leadership or have previously worked in a leadership role with a finance background. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and are accustomed to working in Excel. Experience with various business systems is an advantage.
