Position Details:
• Permanent employment, 35 hours per week (probationary period applied)
• Start Date: November 24, 2025, or by agreement
• Work Hours: Early morning, daytime, late evening, and weekends are a natural part of the job
• We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to Work Environment Law, you must be 18+ to work in our bakery department
Your Role in Customer Experience
You'll have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits. Your mission is to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant - with a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude to ensure customers find what they need. You'll ensure customers leave satisfied - ideally with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure daily operations by leading and distributing work
• Be a role model in customer interactions and inspire colleagues
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to plan, order, follow up, and develop department work
• Coordinate resources and ensure efficient use of skills to meet set goals
• Work on baking and preparing everything from sourdough bread to princess cake
• Contribute to offering customers a fresh and inviting bakery department
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store - we're a team and help where needed
• Report to Fresh Produce Sales Manager with departmental personnel responsibility
Who Are You?
You're a natural problem solver who enjoys a dynamic environment. A friendly greeting and a desire to inspire and develop others come naturally to you. Passionate about baking and sales? Even better! Previous leadership experience? Fantastic!
We Believe You:
• Have a high school education, fluent in Swedish
• Speak additional languages (a plus)
• Have 2+ years of experience in bakery/pastry work
• Have experience in leadership, retail economics, and sales (preferred)
• Have prior bakery or pastry training
• Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaging
