About us Närhälsan Borås urgent care center is an evening and weekend clinic whose mission is to provide good care when regular health centers are closed. Patients of all ages visit us with both minor and more serious acute issues, ranging from wounds and burns to suspected fractures and various types of infections. We work in teams with nursing assistants, nurses, doctors, and medical secretaries. In the role of team leader, you will coordinate and lead the daily work together with the manager and staff. You will be responsible for daily management, staffing, scheduling, operational follow-up, and development work. You will report directly to the manager of the urgent care center and be part of the center's management team. About you You are a licensed nurse, nursing assistant, or medical secretary. You have experience working in regional primary care. You have experience in scheduling. Experience in leadership or similar tasks is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is structured, engaged, and positive. You have the ability to recognize the needs and conditions of all different professional categories. You also have the ability to handle problems, communicate effectively, and collaborate with both management and colleagues. Having strategic thinking, being adaptable to decisions made, and having the ability to find suitable implementation strategies for improvement work together with others in management is essential. We also expect you to be flexible, service-oriented, and to have a professional approach, believing that good treatment of both patients and colleagues is a given.
