Job Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Responsible for ensuring the team meets its sales targets each month. Distribute goals and follow up on results.
• Daily Monitoring: Track each salesperson's performance daily and compile weekly and monthly reports.
• Feedback & Coaching: Conduct individual meetings at least once a month to provide feedback, check in on well-being, motivation, and goal achievement. Coaching through live listening and audio file analysis.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that salespeople adhere to VIASALES' guidelines and maintain high call quality.
• Morning Trainings: Hold daily kick-off meetings focused on sales techniques, motivation, and results.
• Training of New Salespeople: Introduce new employees to products, sales techniques, and the CRM system.
• Cultural Responsibility: Enhance a positive and motivating sales culture within the team.
• Content Management: Update the intranet with scripts, audio files, objection handling, and relevant sales materials.
Qualifications:
• Documented experience in telecom sales.
• Experience in calling existing customers and working with dialer systems.
• Strong ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Experience in conducting kick-off meetings and training sessions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
