**Job Description**
As a Team Leader, you will be the key person for our team of salespeople and customer success managers in Stockholm and surrounding areas. We believe in participative leadership, and therefore you will work closely to build your team. You will be responsible for recruiting, planning, and structuring the work, coaching, and motivating the team. You are accountable for results and report to your immediate supervisor.
