We are committed to quality, sustainability, and good taste. Now we are seeking an engaged Team Leader for our warehouse in Falkenberg who wants to grow with us.
What Does the Role Offer?
As a Team Leader at Korshags Food, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient flows and high quality in our logistics operations. You will lead daily work, develop processes, and ensure smooth operations from incoming goods to final delivery.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse operations
• Plan, lead, and distribute work within the team
• Coach and develop employees
• Plan and structure warehouse flows
• Work on improving routines and processes
• Capacity planning and logistics flow optimization
• Order picking, packaging, and forklift driving
• Incoming and outgoing deliveries and goods/temperature control
• Inventory management, stocktaking, and administration
• Management and development of the Pyramid business system
Who Are You?
We are seeking someone with previous warehouse experience and a leading role in logistics or production. You are accustomed to structuring and planning work to create efficient flows and thrive in a role with significant responsibility.
We Prefer You:
• Have experience in warehouse and logistics
• Have worked as a team leader, supervisor, or similar
• Hold a forklift license and experience driving in a production environment
• Are self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented
• Are confident in your leadership with good communication skills
• Have experience with Pyramid or similar business systems
