About the Role
As Team Leader Outbound Telemarketing at Safely, you will lead a team of approximately 10 insurance brokers working with outgoing calls to existing customers. Your role is to coach, inspire, and create results. You will daily follow up on the team's performance, set goals, and actively work to develop each individual to their full potential.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager and be a key player in driving our growth forward. The role requires structure, energy, and a big heart for people.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of about 10 sales representatives in their daily work
• Track key metrics such as sales, orders per hour, call time, and conversion rate
• Actively work with individual feedback, sales training, and daily coaching sessions
• Ensure the team delivers high quality in line with our compliance and insurance requirements
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales representatives
• Create energy and positive team culture through joint activities and competitions
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimize campaigns and strategies
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with previous leadership experience in call centers or telemarketing, preferably in the insurance or subscription industry. You thrive being on the floor, close to the sales team, and know how to create engagement and results through present leadership.

Qualifications
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role in call centers or telemarketing
• Experience with telephone sales – preferably outbound
• Good understanding of KPIs, performance management, and sales-driven leadership
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience in the insurance industry is meritorious
