The service protects against card and identity theft and has seen significant growth in recent years. The company is now looking for a Team Leader who can train and lead the sales team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team meets their targets in both sales and developmental goals. You will also work with sales to some extent for training purposes, which means you must still have a passion for and dedication to sales. We are looking for someone who wants to develop in sales, leadership, and team building. You will receive extensive training and further development that will also help you achieve your goals. A strong interest in sales and leadership is essential. Salary: Fixed salary of 28,000 SEK plus commission. Target salary: 42,000 SEK upon achieving budget. Working hours: Weekdays 09:00 – 18:00.
