Team Leader
We are currently seeking a new team leader on behalf of our client who wants to join our new office in Stockholm. As a person, you need to have a strong drive along with a deep love and understanding of sales and leadership.
In the role of team leader, you will be responsible for daily sales and your sales team. As a team leader, you will oversee a team of around 10 people, helping them achieve their goals and ensuring that employees work under the right conditions. Daily tasks will include conducting job interviews, coaching, training, and following up with your team.
The position also includes daily reports and analyses of results. You will report to your immediate supervisor on a daily basis. To successfully manage your responsibilities, a genuine interest in sales, development, and leadership is required.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has extensive experience and a strong interest in leadership within sales
• Has a strong service mindset
• Is accustomed to personnel responsibility
• Enjoys collaborating and working closely with colleagues
• Is ready for new challenges.
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00.
Start date: By agreement.
