This is us at Kronans Apotek in Birsta City, Sundsvall. A warm welcome to our cozy pharmacy located in Norrland's largest shopping center – Birsta City! Here, there is always a lot happening, with customers on the move, plenty of energy, and many opportunities for excellent sales and customer interactions. The pharmacy is a smaller establishment that is now embarking on an exciting development journey. We aim to elevate self-care, strengthen team spirit, and create even better customer experiences. Therefore, we are now looking for someone who loves sales, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to help drive change with us. You will be our Team Lead and responsible for sales and inventory at our Birsta City location. You will also spend part of your time at our larger pharmacy in the same shopping center, providing a nice variety in your daily routine.
As Team Lead at Kronans Apotek in Birsta City, you will:
- Drive sales at the pharmacy, both on the floor and at the checkout.
- Be responsible for inventory and product flow, including restocking, signage, and product presentation.
- Be a key person in the team and contribute to creating structure and energy in daily operations.
- Inspire colleagues to enhance customer interactions and increase sales.
- Work closely with the pharmacy manager as your right hand in daily tasks.
Sundsvall Birsta is open from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays, and 11:00 to 16:00 on Sundays. Sundsvall Birsta City is open from 10:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends. We offer a permanent full-time position, and you will be welcomed into pharmacy manager Zandra's team. Start date to be agreed upon.
We are looking for someone with solid retail experience who loves service and sales. You have previously held a leadership role in retail for at least two years, such as deputy store manager, store manager, or visual merchandiser, and are now curious about a role in the pharmacy industry. As a person, you are proactive, driven, and structured.
Experience in inventory management is considered an asset, as well as if you are currently training to become a pharmacist or have previous experience in the pharmacy industry as a pharmacy technician.
