Cyclife Sweden AB is a company within the EDF Group (Électricité de France), one of the world's largest employers and a significant player in the energy sector. Cyclife is in a significant growth phase and conducts nuclear operations at the Studsvik area near Nyköping. The company, established from day one, has over 230 employees and possesses unique specialized expertise in the decommissioning of radiological facilities, helping clients minimize the environmental impact of their radiological operations. The Swedish facility is located in the archipelago outside Nyköping. Who are we looking for?
• Relevant academic background in communication, PR, marketing, or similar fields
• Several years of experience in qualified communication work
• Experience working with both internal and external communication
• Good understanding of digital channels and social media
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with different parts of the organization
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as manage multiple processes simultaneously
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)
• B driver's license.
It is advantageous if you:
• Have experience in a leadership role in a communication department
• Have experience in photography and videography, as well as photo and video editing
• Have experience in planning and coordinating fairs/events
• Have good French language skills, both spoken and written.

What does the role entail?
• Strategic responsibility for the company's communication, both internally, externally, and towards customers.
• Develop and implement PR and communication strategies.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and audience-adapted communication.
• Lead and develop internal communication to strengthen culture and information flow.
• Be responsible for media relations, brand building, marketing, and crisis communication.
• Drive digital communication and presence on social media.
• Represent the company in external contexts and advance initiatives.
As Team Leader in Communication, you will lead and have personnel responsibility for the communication team, which consists of one communicator. You will work closely with the business area manager and leadership to ensure that communication efforts support the company's overall strategy and objectives. In this role, you will report to the business area manager for HR & communication and be responsible for building a proactive, coordinated, and audience-focused communication structure.
