About the Job Position Type: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies. Start Date: January 2, 2026, or by agreement. Working Hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Requirements: High school education, excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written). Previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail, is required. As a Team Manager at Willys, you play a crucial role in the store's and team's development, working to offer our customers good and sustainable food at truly great prices! More about the position: • You are part of the store's management team, with the store manager as your direct supervisor, leading and planning the operations of the Grocery Team. Of course, you will actively participate in daily store operations – expect to get plenty of steps on your step counter! • You work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key performance indicators. You also participate in developing and following up on the store's business plan. • As the Grocery Team Manager, you are responsible for a critical part of the store's product flow. Your team is responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the store is sales-ready and seasonally relevant. • You have personnel responsibility for team members, including recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. • You lead, motivate, and develop your team, contributing to employees reaching their full potential. • You are a role model in welcoming all our customers and meeting them with knowledge, finesse, and a big smile.
