Position: Full-time temporary role, expected to run until August 2026. Start date: December 1, 2025, or as agreed. Working hours: You will alternate between early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends. Requirements: - Upper secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). - We welcome applicants of all ages, but in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ individuals under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks. - You should have previous experience in leadership roles, preferably within retail. As a team leader at Willys, you play a crucial role in the development of the store and the store team, and in the effort to provide our customers with good and sustainable food at great prices! Here’s a bit more about the position: - You will be part of the store's management team, reporting directly to the store manager, and you will lead and plan the operations of the Grocery Team. Naturally, you will actively partake in the daily operational work in the store – expect to accumulate many steps on your pedometer! - You work towards developing the store’s sales, profitability, and other key performance indicators. You will also participate in the development and follow-up of the store’s business plan. - As the Grocery Team Leader, you will be responsible for a very important part of the store’s flow of goods. Your team is responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring that the store is appealing and seasonally relevant. - You will have personnel responsibility for the employees in the grocery team, which includes recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding. - You will lead, motivate, and develop your team, contributing to the employees' growth and performance to reach their full potential. - You are a role model in welcoming all our customers and approach them with knowledge, intuition, and a big smile.
