Requirements:
• High school education
• Excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in leadership roles, preferably in retail

As a Team Manager at Willys, you play a crucial role in store and team development, working to offer our customers good and sustainable food at excellent prices!
Job Responsibilities:
• Member of store management team, reporting directly to Store Manager
• Lead and plan Colonial Team operations
• Actively participate in daily store operations
• Develop store sales, profitability, and key performance indicators
• Develop and follow store business plan
• Manage product flow, sales planning, and ordering
• Oversee e-commerce offerings
• Handle personnel management for Colonial Team
• Recruit, schedule, and introduce new team members
• Lead, motivate, and develop team potential
• Serve as a customer service role model
