About this role
Team Leader - Cashier Department at Willys
We are all different. And that's wonderful! We don't hire people according to a specific template but based on who you are. For us, drive and personality are more important than experience and background. We're doing well and growing rapidly. Now we're looking for more happy colleagues with the right attitude and desire to develop!

Start Date: December 8, 2025 or by agreement

More about us:
• Clear frameworks, routines, and structures are in place, freeing up time for you to focus on developing your team and department.
• You'll be offered many ways to grow and develop in your leadership role. Most of our store managers started as team leaders.
• Willys is one of the industry's most successful companies and continues to grow. And as we grow, you can too – within your area of responsibility or others, in-store, warehouse, or office.
• Willys is part of the Axfood family, a group with various companies and operations, offering many career paths and development opportunities. Through Axfood Academy, we can offer our employees various training programs.
About You
You love food, people, and sales as much as we do! It doesn't matter if you're vegan or a meat lover, eat tacos on a Friday or Tuesday. What's great about you is that you're you. And that's exactly what we're looking for.
• You're driven to inspire and engage your colleagues, good at creating a positive work environment, and continuously developing your team.
• You thrive in result-oriented environments with high tempo, have strong personal drive, and good problem-solving skills.
• You have good knowledge of store operations and are experienced in leading and working together in a team.
• You have high ambitions, are meticulous, and maintain a high level of structure and planning.
• You like challenges and see opportunities instead of difficulties in a daily environment that often presents varying conditions and unexpected events.

• You're good at communicating and can develop your team and store through feedback and coaching.
• Previous leadership experience in a service industry is required, with experience in grocery retail being a clear advantage.
