About the Position
Position Type: Permanent full-time employment, with probationary period
Start Date: December 14, 2025, or by agreement
Working Hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Requirements: High school education, excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2, Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 due to the nature of the tasks.
As a Team Leader 2nd Level, you will be prepared to step into a team leader role. Here you have great opportunities to grow and develop towards becoming a leader at Willys. You'll be a crucial part of the store and team's development, working to offer our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices!
More About the Position:
• You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without the full personnel management of a team leader.
• Together with your team leader, you'll lead and plan the team's operations.
• You'll actively participate in daily store operations – expect to get plenty of steps on your pedometer!
• You'll learn the skills required to eventually take on a team leader role. This is a springboard for advancing in your Willys career, with the goal of becoming a future team leader or perhaps even a store manager.
• You'll work goal-oriented to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key performance indicators.
• You'll be part of the store's management team and have the team leader job description in your development plan. You'll practice skills learned through work and training.
• You'll be a role model in welcoming all our customers and meeting them with knowledge, intuition, and a big smile.

About You
You love food, people, and sales as much as we do! It doesn't matter if you're vegan or a meat enthusiast, eat tacos on a Friday or Tuesday. What's great about you is that you're you. And that's exactly what we're looking for.
• You're junior in your leadership and don't need previous leadership experience, but see yourself as a future leader driven to lead others. Alternatively, you already have leadership experience, just not in grocery retail.
• You're good at communicating, enjoy engaging colleagues, and creating a positive work environment.
• You thrive in result-oriented environments with high tempo, have strong personal drive, good problem-solving skills, and don't shy away from making decisions when needed.
• It's important that, like us, you have high ambitions, are meticulous, and maintain a high level of structure and planning.
