If you have experience with cash handling, previous experience in a street kitchen or other food service, that is an advantage. It is essential that you enjoy working with us and feel comfortable in a close-knit team. Since you will have a lot of contact with our customers, you need to be fluent in Swedish, and we require that applicants are at least 18 years old. Working with us means, in addition to all customer interactions, that you will assist in preparing ingredients and accompaniments, taking customer orders at the register, and cooking food to order. Between serving, we help each other in the kitchen with dishwashing and cleaning, or with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
The position is part-time, approximately 35 hours per week (which may become full-time for the right person) during daytime, evening, and weekends.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant and report to the restaurant manager.
The responsibilities include the following:
• Leading shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks
• Routine reporting to the restaurant manager
• Spreading energy and joy to employees, who will pass this on to guests
• Coaching employees
• Receiving and checking deliveries from suppliers
• Purchasing goods
• Training new employees
• Responsibility for checklists and ensuring that routines are followed
A Team Leader has full responsibility for customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality during their shift.
