Do you want to work closely with operations, drive improvements, and lead a team towards high quality and efficiency? Our client is currently seeking a Team Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be a clear and present part of the daily work.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the processes in the warehouse maintain high quality and that workflows are efficient. You will work data-driven and monitor KPIs such as productivity. You are a natural team player who fosters engagement within the team and ensures that everyone has the right conditions to succeed.
A key part of the position is to drive improvement initiatives, both through your own initiatives and by following up on existing routines. For this position, you will initially be employed by Insitepart and work as a consultant at our client’s site, with a good opportunity for extension or direct takeover by the client company.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure high performance in warehouse processes
• Lead and develop the team
• Drive improvement initiatives
• Work closely with the warehouse manager and team manager
• Be a present leader who steps in to assist with picking/packing when needed and guides the team
• Follow up on deviations and ensure order in the workflows
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have experience from a similar position and to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
