Team Manager for a client in Eskilstuna
We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented Production Team Manager. In this role, you will lead and coach a team with a focus on efficiency and quality. You will be part of the local management team and play a crucial role in both driving daily operations and contributing to the long-term development of the business.
You will be working with food products and need to have a good understanding of the Swedish Food Agency's regulations and requirements regarding quality and safety.
The role is both operational and strategic – you will be present in daily production while also working on improvements, planning, and future development. We are currently in the midst of an automation project, and we see that automation and efficiency will be central to our continued development.
As the Production Team Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop processes, and be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about creating products of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve common goals
· Responsible for planning, monitoring, and resource allocation in daily operations
· Ensure that production meets quality and delivery requirements
· Initiate and drive improvement work within processes and routines
· Actively work towards a safe and pleasant working environment
· Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize the production flow
Qualifications
· Several years of leadership experience, preferably within production or similar operations
· Good understanding of production processes and flows
· Structured and solution-oriented
· Experienced in working towards set goals and deadlines
