We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented Team Manager for Production. In this role, you will lead and coach a team with a focus on efficiency and quality. You will be part of the local management team and play a crucial role in driving daily operations as well as contributing to the long-term development of the business.
At our company, we work with our own well-known brands such as Star Nutrition and Vitaprana. This means you will be working with food products and need to have a good understanding of the regulations and requirements set by the Swedish Food Agency regarding quality and safety.
The role is both operational and strategic – you will be present in daily production while also working on improvements, planning, and future development. We are currently in the midst of an automation project, and we see that automation and efficiency will be central to our continued development.
As Team Manager for Production, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop processes, and be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about creating products of the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve common goals
- Be responsible for planning, monitoring, and resource allocation in daily operations
- Ensure that production meets quality and delivery requirements
- Initiate and drive improvement work within processes and routines
- Actively work towards a safe and pleasant working environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize the production flow
Qualifications
- Several years of leadership experience, preferably within production or similar operations
- Good understanding of production processes and flows
- Structured and solution-oriented
- Experienced in working towards set goals and deadlines
