Team Manager

About the role As Team Manager, you will be based in our Malmö office and have direct personnel responsibility for approximately ten employees. You will be responsible for project allocation and project management related to various projects. You will lead the project and service teams in their daily work, support each individual in their development, and contribute technical expertise and experience to drive the work forward. Furthermore, you will create a strong sense of community and engagement in the office. Your responsibilities include: • Personnel responsibility, employee reviews, and salary discussions • Managing your own projects • Leading, coaching, and developing employees • Coordinating deliveries with project managers or service teams • Responsible for financial follow-up • Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment • Responsible for having the right competencies in the teams as well as for recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees • Continuously evaluating operations and following up on results Qualifications To succeed and thrive in this role, you have: • Several years of experience as a team leader in service or contracting • Experience in contracting within property automation • A valid driver's license (B) • Good knowledge of Swedish Meritorious • Knowledge of contracting law and BAS-U is advantageous • Knowledge of financial follow-up We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, as your role will require good communication with all team members.
