Innovative Sales continues to expand – and we are now looking for a dedicated Team Leader for our field department who wants to drive, inspire, and develop one of our sales teams to the next level. Then this could be your next challenge! **Responsibilities:** As a Team Leader with us, you will play a central role in creating success – both for the team and for the company. Your responsibility will be to build, lead, and motivate your sales team to achieve and exceed set goals. Your main tasks will include: - Conducting inspiring kickoff meetings and daily motivation sessions - Training new salespeople in pitching, customer engagement, and sales techniques - Providing continuous coaching and feedback for development - Monitoring results, driving motivation, and fostering a positive team culture - Ensuring that both individuals and the group reach their full potential **Qualifications:** We are looking for someone who possesses both energy and leadership skills – and knows how to create results through others. - At least 1 year of experience in field sales - At least 6 months of experience as a team leader or in a similar leadership role - Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire - Results-driven, responsible, and engaged **We Offer:** At Innovative Sales, you will be part of a strong team where development, energy, and community are at the core.
