We are currently seeking a Team Leader for PM at our package center in Jönköping. You will be responsible for ensuring that sorting and loading are carried out optimally and for ensuring that established deadlines are met. Your role will focus on maintaining high service quality, high efficiency, and compliance with UPS requirements regarding the environment, health, and safety. The responsibilities also include follow-up and reporting, as well as planning and distributing work within the PM team. Recruitment of new employees will also be part of your duties. You will work closely with other team leaders and report to the center manager.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is driven, proactive, meticulous, and organized
• Has good communication skills
• Is clear and engaged
• Is computer literate
• Has proficient knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has experience in transport and logistics
• Experience in a previous leadership position is advantageous
