Team Coach Group IT / Business IT

Location: Linköping or Stockholm We are looking for an experienced Team Coach who wants to contribute to the development and strengthening of two cross-functional teams within an organization with high demands on control, security, and quality. Here, you will work closely with experts in operations, management, and the development of advanced IT environments and be a key person in the teams' ongoing agile journey. About the Role As a Team Coach, you will be responsible for workflow, structure, and the teams' agile working methods. You will drive the continuous development of the teams' collaboration, efficiency, and ability to deliver value. In an environment where DevOps principles are applied, you will support the teams in both the development and management of IT environments that are central to the organization's production and development capabilities. The role involves close collaboration with various specialist functions, which requires both a good technical understanding and the ability to coach individuals with varying competencies. Business travel within Sweden may occur. Your responsibilities include: • Coaching and further developing two established teams with mixed specialist profiles • Ensuring effective workflow and agile processes • Supporting the teams in working according to DevOps principles • Contributing to order, structure, and improvement efforts • Facilitating communication, transparency, and collaboration among stakeholders • Being involved in the management and development of the IT environments We are looking for someone who has: • Several years of experience as a Team Coach and/or Scrum Master • Strong IT knowledge and experience with agile working methods in operations and management • Experience with DevOps and ITIL • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira • The ability to create structure, drive improvements, and build strong teams • An analytical and communicative personality, with ease in collaborating and contributing new ideas About the Assignment Here, you will work on building and managing specialized IT environments that are critical for advanced product development, production, and delivery.
