Team Coach in Defense Industry IT - Temporary Assignment in Linköping For our client in the defense industry, we are now seeking a Team Coach for one of their IT areas. In this key role, you will coach and develop two teams with mixed specialist skills, collectively ensuring that IT environments are managed and developed safely, efficiently, and sustainably – following agile principles and DevOps methodology. This is a time-limited assignment in Linköping from January 8, 2026 – June 30, 2026. Your Responsibilities As Team Coach, you will lead and support teams in their daily work and further development. You will ensure the agile working method is correctly applied, create structure, and help teams focus on continuous improvements. The role involves close collaboration with technical specialists and other parts of the organization – where you will become a crucial link between people, processes, and technology. You have the ability to see the big picture, create order, and drive progress. At the same time, you are a communicative team player who thrives when interacting with different types of people. The position may involve travel within Sweden. Your Profile • Several years of experience in a leading role as Team Coach and/or Scrum Master • Strong IT skills and experience with agile working methods in operations and management • Experience with DevOps and ITIL • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing in both Swedish and English • Experience working with ServiceNow and Jira You will become part of an organization that builds and manages IT environments with high requirements for control and security.
