About this role
We are now seeking additional drivers to join our team in Umeå. We are looking for full-time drivers, part-time drivers, and reserve drivers. As a reserve driver, you can choose which shifts you want to work, but the company desires employees to have a minimum service rate of 10%. Full-time and part-time drivers will work according to a rotating schedule.
Position start is as soon as possible. Before starting, training in the company's procedures and equipment will be conducted.
We primarily seek candidates who already possess a taxi driver's license, but we also welcome applicants interested in obtaining a taxi license if you are the right fit for the organization. For those without a taxi license, we can offer assistance with studies, including study materials, and we will cover all costs related to obtaining the license (examination fees, medical examination, etc.).

By "best", we mean those who are not only confident behind the wheel, but who can also deliver excellent service with a cheerful attitude and take care of our customers. Driving a taxi with us is primarily about offering superior service, and it is a significant advantage if you enjoy customer interactions and are socially inclined. You will have customer contact during every trip and play a crucial role in the daily lives of those using our services.
We are a premium taxi brand, and you will be our public face and company ambassador, which is why we have high expectations. Our premium status is reflected in our exceptional customer and driver reputation. Currently, our drivers receive an average customer rating of 4.7 out of 5. Maintaining high standards and quality ensures a strong customer base and numerous trips, which in turn translates to competitive wages within the industry.

Your tasks will include performing taxi trips for Min Taxi customers in Umeå and surrounding municipalities, providing the best possible service. Taxi driving is a highly service-oriented profession with extensive customer interaction. While many associate taxi services with weekend nightlife transportation, our work primarily involves providing publicly funded transportation during weekdays. This includes medical trips for regions, school transportation, community transit, and business customer trips. You will constantly work with people and often be a key element in their daily transportation to/from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.
We cover a large geographical area and operate across much of Norrland. We have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Sollefteå, Vindeln, Vännäs, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik municipalities. Long-distance trips across municipal boundaries are common, covering large parts of Norrland. We currently have approximately 150 vehicles and 250 employed drivers.
In addition to performing trips and caring for customers, maintaining clean and tidy vehicles is part of the job responsibilities.
