Your Mission
As a dental assistant with us, you'll become an important part of our competent team, working with children, youth, and adults with varied care needs. You'll collaborate closely with dentists and have a varied job that encompasses everything from assistance and sterilization to reception work – always with a strong focus on service and care. Our clinic has 13 modern treatment rooms and is located in Jakobsberg Hospital – with both commuter train and bus within convenient walking distance. We are a specialized clinic with broad expertise, strong cohesion, and a warm community where we learn from each other and develop together every day.
What You Need to Succeed
We're looking for someone with completed dental assistant training and preferably professional experience. You're driven to grow, both professionally and personally, and you approach new challenges with commitment and curiosity. High-quality dental care and professional treatment are a matter of course for you – both towards patients and colleagues. You have a genuine service interest, communicate fluently in Swedish verbally and in writing, and easily create a sense of security and trust.
Moreover, as a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and unpretentious – and you see feedback as a natural way to grow. Your personal qualities and willingness to contribute to the team are something we highly value.

Employment
Welcome with your application by December 2, 2025. This is a permanent full-time position. Probationary employment may occur, and start date will be by agreement. Selection is ongoing. We will request references from your clinic manager if you have been/are employed by us.
Before the interview, you must be able to verify your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to show a valid work permit or documentation showing you are exempt from the requirement. A approved new employment examination is also required to be considered for employment.
