The Topas clinic is located on Topasgatan at Frölunda Torg in western Gothenburg. From Frölunda Torg, you can quickly reach central Gothenburg by bus or tram. The clinic has 13 modern treatment rooms and we treat approximately 8,000 adults and 8,000 children and adolescents. There are 35 people working at Topas clinic. Together, we possess a broad range of expertise, and the clinic is also a referral center for nitrous oxide. Your duties will include, among other things: - Assisting with examinations and treatments - Working in the sterilization area and, when needed, at the reception - Working with your own patients in scanning, prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, oral health counseling, or acclimatization treatment may also be relevant We welcome students from the dental hygienist and dental assistant programs who are doing their internship/LIA with us. Supervising/assisting students may also be part of the role. We primarily work in a model with working hours from 7 AM to 7 PM, and you need to be able to work until 7 PM 1-2 times a week. If you are the one we are looking for, there are great opportunities for development. - Qualified dental assistant with education recognized by MYH (Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education) - Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry - Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written - Ability to independently manage administration - Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and sensible manner - Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Contribute to the development of the operation by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental assistants. **About the Recruitment Process** If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for week 50.
