Dental Nurse for Kumla/Laxå Unit, General Dentistry
Welcome to our General Dentistry and Kumla/Laxå Unit. We are seeking someone who, together with other colleagues, wants to drive the unit's development into the future.
Our unit consists of clinics in Kumla and Laxå. The Kumla clinic has a total of 11 treatment rooms and approximately 11,195 patients, of which 39% are children. The facility will move to completely new premises in spring 2026. The Laxå clinic was fully renovated a few years ago and with its 5 treatment rooms, the clinic still feels like new. We have approximately 2,813 patients in Laxå, of which 33% are children.
We have a driven, responsible, and development-oriented staff. We are trying new working methods to increase accessibility for our patients and create a stimulating work environment for our employees. Dental nurses play a very significant role in our development work. Job Responsibilities
As a dental nurse, you have excellent service skills, enjoy taking personal responsibility, and are self-driven in your professional role. We offer varied and developmental work with a patient base of both adults and children, great colleagues, and opportunities for continuous development. The position includes assistance, reception work, and we are particularly interested in candidates who want to develop skills in managing their own patients.
Since our clinics collaborate across different units, you may have opportunities to work at various locations.
Qualifications
You are a trained dental nurse and want to work with both child and adult dental care. Previous documented experience in the dental nursing profession is advantageous. You must have a strong command of the Swedish language and express yourself well verbally and in writing. You should have documented Swedish language skills at least at C1 level according to the European Council's scale.
We use digital journaling in Frenda, so good computer skills are essential. We place significant emphasis on personal qualities such as good collaboration and initiative skills. As a person, you are flexible and accustomed to handling various responsibilities.
