Here, a wonderful group of colleagues of mixed ages, cultures, and personalities work together. The clinic serves a diverse patient clientele. Folktandvården Skultorp is located in the southern part of Skövde and has 6 treatment rooms. We have 4 dentists, 1 dental hygienist, and 7 dental nurses working here. Our clinics operate in a positive spirit where teamwork and the development of the business are natural elements. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with examinations and treatments - Handling reception work and database-based administrative programs - Working with outreach activities, prophylaxis, and managing your own patients are also common tasks. - Participating in our development program where we aim to work with task rotation to ensure our staff develops and we can efficiently accommodate our patients. We are a clinical training facility and welcome students from the dental and dental hygiene programs at the University of Gothenburg. Supervising/assisting students may also be part of the role. Feel free to read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Skultorp - Folktandvården (vgregion.se) **Qualifications and Profile** - Qualified dental nurse with education from MYH (The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education) - Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care - Good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written - Ability to independently manage administration - Capacity to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely - Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when under pressure - Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner - Contribute to the development of the business by actively participating in the clinic's improvement efforts If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses. **About the Recruitment Process** If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 49 and 50.
